Edge burrs, edge waviness, main dimensional tolerances. Role of slitting variables such as slitting speed, cutting accuracy, coiling tension. |
On the line inspection and process monitoring |
Operation of vision systems, analysis of the measured coating parameters (width, thickness, edge quality, defects), feeding back to ensure continuous improvement. |
